Melvin finally paid his maintenance fee

Finally, Melvin my landlord told me he had no choice but to pay the maintenance fee. All because the apartment management decided to implement the "touch n go" entrence security system. That simply means if he doesn't pay the fee, he can no longer park his car in the apartment.

As the result, I might be able to use the facilities in the apartment, especally play squash again. Yey!
