Today in Piglet and I went watching movie in Gurney Plaza again... 2 movies in a row --
1. "Over the Hedge" at 10:30 - 12:30am (Premier), and
2. "The Da Vinci Code" 3:10pm - 6:00pm.

In between the movie, we went seeing furnitures in Mekio:

We revisited the sofa we like, especially the 3 seater (RM1,790); The only problem is shipping cost to KL is kinda too high (RM600)... unless we can make the purchase worth RM8,000 then Meiko will ship it free for us; but heh... 8,000 bucks isn't a small figure for me ;) ... Anyhow we are still going there quite regularly in hope to find new interesting product that suit our needs.


We also found a small 2 seat dining table (RM569) in Meiko. We don't expect ourself to cook very much and probably it will be occationally used, so we don't need a big dining table, zor deng.

There's a new section in Meiko we found today, the kitchen show room. Kitchen cabinets there are quite well designed and the price is reasonable. Still, the problem is distance... how are we suppose to get those people going KL to take the measure for us? We probably can do it ourself, but it's not safe cause I can get a wrong measure for them and if they build a cabinet that doesn't fit who's gonna be responsible?

A small medium size kitchen's cabinet is typically cost around RM2,000 to RM2,500. Our kitchen probably would be more to small size, so it probably cost up to RM2,000.

How much does those add up now? 1790 + 569 + 2000 = RM4,359. How far from RM8,000? RM3,641... Nevermind, we'll go visit again, we probably can get some bath room equipments or dressing table, or even TV cabinet?
